Meet the Principals. Beverly Chan Ms. Chan has an extensive corporate background which includes four years as a corporate planner for General Motors Corporation (domestic and overseas).Four years as Assistant Treasurer in the Controller's Office of Chemical(Chase Manhattan) Bank's International Division. After a brief stint with a small building materials company she came to Janet Levy Associates, Inc. where she had a successful brokerage career and handled their management portfolio. Ms. Chan is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and has both a Master's degree in International Management and a Master's degree in Business Administration. She has Communication skills in Spanish. She holds memberships in the Association of Real Estate Women, Financial Women's Association of New York, Real Estate Board of New York and New York Association of Realty Managers, Inc. She has lived in the Upper-East side of Manhattan since 1972. James Paisley Mr. Paisley comes to International Home Realty Services, Inc. with over twenty five years in management, engineering and consulting skills. His career started with Chrysler Corporation as an engineer, then the Borroughs Corporation designing and manufacturing computers, then he was in the Corporate Planning Group at General Motors. He also consulted at Allied Chemicals, 3M, and National Cash Register. Following that James had a Directorship at the Internation Lead-Zinc Organization; an international association of metal companies such as Exxon, Mitsubishi, and Broken Hill. After that he became a partner in the international accounting and consulting firm, Deloitte, Haskins and Sells (Deloitte-Touche, Inc.) where he was Chief Consultant for Strategic Planning. Mr. Paisley is a registered Professional Engineer and Nationally Certified Engineer. He has lived in the Upper-East side of Manhattan since 1980. |
